Welcome to Future Divine. By accessing our website and utilizing our export and distribution services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) or entering into a distributor agreement.
1. Scope of Service
Future Divine provides B2B wholesale and export services, connecting global importers with goods sourced and shipped from our Dubai hub. All services are subject to product availability and compliance with international trade laws.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- Quotation enquiries: Our team will review your enquiry and respond as soon as possible.
- Validity: Unless otherwise stated, all quotes are valid for 14 days due to fluctuations in global shipping costs and currency exchange rates.
- Quotations: Share your product, quantity and delivery requirements for a customized quotation.
3. Payment and Incoterms
- Currency: We accept payments in AED, USD, and EUR.
- Trade Terms: Transactions are generally conducted under FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms as defined by Incoterms® 2020. Specific terms will be finalized in each Proforma Invoice.
- Payment Terms: Standard terms require a deposit upon order confirmation, with the balance due against shipping documents, unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Documentation: Future Divine is responsible for providing standard export documentation, including the Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Certificate of Origin.
- Lead Times: Delivery dates are estimates. Future Divine is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, port congestion, or force majeure events.
5. Distributor Obligations
Distributors are responsible for:
- Ensuring the imported goods comply with the local regulations and labeling requirements of their target market.
- Payment of all local import duties, taxes, and clearance fees unless DDP terms are explicitly agreed upon.
- Maintaining the reputation of the brands and products supplied by Future Divine.
6. Limitation of Liability
Future Divine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delays in the global supply chain. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific goods in dispute.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
